Wairoa District Council
Wairoa District Council had around 150 forms in circulation and needed a redesign to give them a consistent look, followed by a conversion to make them fillable pdf forms. An initial form design was developed and then applied department by department. A high level of project management was needed to keep track of multiple forms and changes throughout the project.
Gisbourne District Council
Gisbourne District Council had an existing template to apply to their forms but required it to be adapted to enable them to be converted into fillable pdf forms.
